Guests can take a water taxi or shuttle bus for transportation to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. the hotel decor was very nice. The proximity to the parks made trips quick. Employees were very friendly. The included express passes definitely gave an advantage.

the walls seemed thin. I could hear neighbours especially those above. A weird thing was no lock on the bathroom door. That felt needed with a toddler in the room.

I found the water taxi service useful. it provided quick transport to the parks and saved much time. the hotel lobby was beautiful and had a serene atmosphere. The decor was very pleasant. i loved the cafe. Tuk tuk had a great breakfast. security entrance access was great. It saved a lot of time.

I noticed a lack of cleanliness in the corridors and the rooms. a musty smell was present. It was unpleasant. the carpets in the hallway were brown. The orange flowers looked outdated.

check-in was fast a room was available before the official time. i chose to wait for a room on a higher floor i received a text when it was ready. the room was neat it was also clean.

the hotel rooms decor felt dark to me the hallways felt dark too. i thought the hotel seemed old the hallways weren't properly vacuumed. the room had not been properly dusted prior to my arrival.

We just returned from a trip and enjoyed our stay. the water taxi service was very convenient for quick transport to the parks. It saved us a lot of walking. our room had comfortable beds. the breakfast buffet offered a nice range of options.

The floor tiles appear slightly worn in some areas. It is a very minor issue.

The location IS advantageous for visiting the parks.

THE service was lackluster. Concierge information was incorrect and led to lost time. Reception seemed unconcerned. A charge for prosecco, already paid for by my travel agent, looked on my bill. Resolving IT took considerable effort and numerous emails post-departure.
